Being a woman of color often means carrying responsibilities, expectations, and stress that others may not fully understand. Whether you're balancing work, family, caregiving, relationships, or simply navigating the weight of everyday life, you deserve a space where you can exhale.
Together, we will:
• Develop healthy coping skills for managing stress and overwhelm
• Learn techniques to reduce anxiety and prevent burnout
• Explore the impact of cultural expectations and life experiences on mental health
• Strengthen emotional resilience and self-compassion
• Practice mindfulness and grounding strategies
Build meaningful connections with other women in a supportive, judgment-free space
You don't have to carry everything alone. Healing happens in community, and you deserve a space where you can simply be.
This group meets every Tuesday evening at 7pm virtually. The groups are $25 per session.
